S.B. 2895     RELATING TO WORKERS' COMPENSATION               LRE, WAM
           Requires  Special  Compensation  Fund contributions
           only when  the  thirty-two  week  requirement for a
           pre-existing disability is met.

S.B. 2861     RELATING TO WORKERS' COMPENSATION               LRE, WAM
           Provides alternatives to  injured employees who are
           trying to restore  their  earning capabilities, and
           to   set   parameters   for   the   utilization  of
           rehabilitation services.

S.B. 2245     RELATING TO MEDICAL FEE SCHEDULES               LRE, WAM
           Changes current medical  fee  schedule for workers'
           compensation reimbursement from one-hundred ten per
           cent of Medicare  to  the annually adjusted federal
           workers' compensation medical  fee schedule for use
           in Hawaii.

S.B. 2897     RELATING TO SAFETY INSPECTION                   LRE, WAM
           FREQUENCIES FOR REGULATED EQUIPMENT
           Allows the department to set inspection frequencies
           based on public safety need for boilers, elevators,
           and other regulated equipment.
